*?*#$%!!!

Country asks Supreme Court nominee: "Who the hell are you?"

I can only imagine President Bush has nominated Harriet Miers, his former personal attorney, as payback for getting him out of "that thing back in Dallas" in 1993; where most people would send a thank-you note, Bush gift-wraps a Supreme Court appointment. Miers has never been a judge. This is positively scandalous--Democrats, filibuster away!

  • Scandalous? The only thing scandalous is the fear with which the left greets all issues SCOTUS.

You don't know anything about any of her positions. Not that it should really matter. The only question that matters to me? Will you judge based on existing law and the words in the Constitution.

Further, the last justice with no judging experience is one William Rhenquist.

    Interesting New York Times article:

  • This also further demonstrates the Democrats' lust for power at all costs.

Can't get a law passed? Have the Supreme Court protect some behavior has a right.

Can't get the Supreme Court Justices you want? Use the unconstitutional filibuster.

Can't get a cab home from the bar and tired of your girlfriend? Drive home drunk and swing your car off a bridge.
