This is like getting pulled over for DWI, and saying your judgement was so impaired you didn't know it was a bad idea to get behind the wheel. Terrible precedent.

But from the article

The bill just brings Wisconsin into line with the other states.
I know someone who went to New Paltz who said that they get all the Freshman men together and tell them that if you find a really drunk girl you can't drag her home and have sex with her. I don't know if they tell the girls that if you find a really drunk guy you can't drag him home, feed him Viagra (or even worse Cialis) and have sex with him.
