Everyone is missing the point on this New Jersey court ruling. We're so used to judicial fiat that when they delegate the execution of one of their opinions, we think they're being magnanimous.

Unbelievable.

I don't care if people want to marry someone of the same sex or even the same species, but I don't like courts forcing their personal policy preferences on their subjects.
